The DCS 36 Inch 7 Series Traditional Built In Grill With Rotisserie by Fisher & Paykel is unarguably the # 1 grill in the outdoor grilling market to date! All DCS grills are handcrafted from a heavy duty 304 gauge stainless steel. Precision ported U-shaped stainless steel burners produce 25,000 BTU’s each, accompanied by ceramic radiant rods and a heavy gauge stainless steel burner box. This combination ensures precise, even searing temperatures across the entire grilling surface. A 9-volt Battery Ignition system makes for consistent, safe lighting every time you are ready to grill. The rotisserie motor features a dedicated 14,000 BTU infrared rotisserie burner, stainless steel hexagonal rod, adjustable forks that can handle up to 50 lbs of your grilling masterpiece, and a 40-watt halogen light integrated into the patented weather proof rotisserie motor. The patented Grease Management System reduces flare-ups by channeling oil and grease away from the flame while grilling. Double-sided cast 304 grade stainless steel grilling grates feature one side with a gentle radius for support and handling while the other side is W-shaped for maximum grease capture leaving perfect sear lines. This grill also includes a smoker with a dedicated 3,500 BTU's burner, which is great for adding tasty smokey flavors.
